Guy Ritchie Exits as ‘Road House 2’ Director
Guy Ritchie has exited as the director of "Road House 2" for Amazon MGM. The film sees Jake Gyllenhaal reprise his role from the 2024 reboot.
It’s not yet clear why Ritchie has parted ways with the Amazon MGM project, which sees Jake Gyllenhaal reprising his lead role as Dalton. Will Beall (“Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F”) is writing the script for “Road House 2.” Plot details remain under wraps. He takes up work as the bouncer of a Florida Keys bar, finding himself roped into a war of outlaws, bikers and a developer determined to build a lavish resort for the ultra-rich.
