Dear Media has acqquired former CAA agents Mark Mullett and Ashley Mills’ fitness Platform Obé.
Former CAA agents Mark Mullett and Ashley Mills’ exercise platform obé Fitness has been acquired by Dear Media. “We continue to expand our owned and operated channels to drive deeper engagement, while growing our slate of talent and IP through the creation and acquisition of new programming,” Dear Media CEO and founder Michael Bosstick said in a statement Monday. Obé raised a $15 million Series A in 2021 led by CAVU Venture Partners with participation from Athleta and Samsung Next.
