For lunch, the former TOWIE star fried up some juicy harissa prawns and chickpeas before assembling a vibrant salad bowl packed with lettuce, red onion, avocado, fruit and crumbled feta – all topped off with a generous squeeze of lemon. Later, she got to work on her evening meal - a Greek-style lamb and spanakopita - inspired filo pie - which she dubbed 'so tasty and perfect for sharing,' before kindly revealing the full recipe for fans to try at home.
