Diddy's Sentencing Date Revealed After Post-Trial Hearing

Diddy’s legal team originally requested to expedite his sentencing date after his guilty verdict on prostitution charges

During a remote hearing on Tuesday, July 8, Judge Arun Subramanian agreed to a proposal from both prosecutors and Diddy’s legal team to have the rap mogul’s sentencing date remain on October 3, the BBC reported. The trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs began in New York City on May 5 following his September 2024 arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
