Denise Richards ’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, was called out via an advertisement placed in a newspaper over an alleged debt, Us Weekly can exclusively report. The suit read, “[Phypers’] aforementioned misconduct was intentional, willful, and done for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or otherwise causing injury.
