Danielle Fishel reveals she once gave away pieces of her hair to Boy Meets World audience

When Topanga cut her hair on the show, Danielle Fishel said there was a 'big gasp' from the audience, who walked away with quite the souvenir.

Fishel explained, though, that she was bummed because she was asking in June, and the show didn't go back into production until August. "It was an actual negotiation," she said, "and there was a lot of stress about whether or not I was gonna listen because [they] knew I had all the power with the scissors in my hands." Apparently the Boy Meets World cast would regularly offer fans keepsakes like signed scripts, and Ben Savage would sometimes throw out shirts after doing a Backstreet Boys-esque dance for the crowd.
