Coronation Street fans are convinced they know who Debbie Webster's new love interest will be
Debbie, portrayed by Sue Devaney, first graced the cobbles in 1984 as Kevin's sister (played by Michael Le Vell), only to depart a year later and make a comeback in 2019. Soap devotees on a Coronation Street Facebook fan group have been voicing their opinions, with one member stating: "As much as I like Ronnie I don't think Debbie should end up with him." Curly is remembered for his stints on the street from 1983 to 2003, where his loveable but oft-unlucky character dabbled in various odd jobs until he eventually settled down with his second wife Emma Watts (Angela Lonsdale).
