Coronation Street Billy's exit storyline 'revealed' after soap axe and it's devastating
Coronation Street viewers are predicting that they have worked out how Billy Mayhew will be leaving the cobbles later this year, after it was announced the character would be written out of the soap
Billy, played by Daniel Brocklebank, stepped onto the cobbles back in 2014 and quickly became a fan favourite with his array of intense plots, ranging from murderous trails to battling drug addiction. Kate Brooks disclosed to the Mirror: "Billy will be involved in a major storyline over the coming months, which will see him tested in ways he never imagined, as friendships and his faith are pushed to the limit." Visibly distressed, Theo confessed to Todd that Noah, now working with Billy at the church, had been involved in his conversion therapy experiences years ago.
