CJ ENM And Thailand’s True CJ Unveil Licensing Partnership In Asia And Latin America For Korean Remakes & Originals
CJ ENM's Korean IP remakes are headed for more territories across Asia and Latin America, with a new licensing partnership between regional arm CJ ENM HK and Thailand-based True CJ.
Under this partnership, Korean drama remakes will be licensed to Latin America as well as several Asian markets, including Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. True CJ already has a pipeline of Thai-language remakes of Korean IP this year, including psychological thriller Mouse and apocalyptic suspense drama Happiness. New Thai remake titles set to premiere in Hong Kong this year under the same partnership include Good Doctor and Dear My Secretary.
