Chris Evans Says It’s ‘Sad’ Not to Be ‘Invited to the Party’ For ‘Avengers: Doomsday’: ‘It’s Going to Be Much Harder When It Comes Out’

Chris Evans says it's 'sad' not to be 'invited to the party' for 'Avengers: Doomsday.'

In “End Game,” Evans’ Captain America ages out of the star-spangled shield after traveling back in time to return the Infinity Stones. He decides to stay in the past with his true love, Peggy Carter, and in the present day, passes the Captain America moniker to Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson. Other familiar MCU faces returning for “Doomsday” include Sebastian Stan as the Winter Soilder; Paul Rudd as Ant-man; Tom Hiddleston as Loki; Letitia Wright as Shuri and Mackie as Captain America.
