Channel 4’s Head Of Creative Diversity Exits


Naomi Sesay, Channel 4's head of creative diversity, steps down after three years.

Sesay was tasked with shaping inclusion initiatives at the UK network and strengthening ties with creators from diverse backgrounds. Sesay is the latest Channel 4 executive to head for the exit door in a year of leadership change at the broadcaster. Channel 4 chairman Ian Cheshire, CEO Alex Mahon, and drama chief Ollie Madden have all announced their departure.
