Brit Eady files $20million lawsuit against Bravo amid 'revenge porn' drama with Kenya Moore


According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com on Friday, Eady filed a $20million lawsuit over her portrayal on the show Thursday as she alleges  defamation and emotional distress.

In addition to Bravo and NBC production companies for RHOA, Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America, are named in the lawsuit as the castmember alleges defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false light and sexual harassment and hostile work environment. According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com on Friday, Eady (pictured) filed a $20million lawsuit over her portrayal on the show Thursday as she alleges defamation, emotional distress, sexual harassment and a hostile work environment As Moore (pictured in New York in November 2023) had been working for the network at the time, Eady is also suing Bravo by respondeat superior, which is a legal doctrine that holds employers responsible for the wrongful conduct of their employees
