Billy Idol's Daughter Reveals How a 23andMe Test Helped Lead Family to Singer's Long-Lost Son Brant

Billy Idol discovered he had an adult son named Brant several years ago. The story is covered in the new documentary 'Billy Idol Should Be Dead,' which premiered on June 10 at Tribeca Festival.

“I was like, ‘Mom, is there a chance Mark might not be my biological father?’ And she’s like, ‘Well, it’s pretty crazy, but back in the day, we broke up and I actually spent a weekend with Billy Idol,’” Brant recalls. The rocker frequently posts photos and videos with the children, and Brant and his wife even took their kids to an Idol concert in May, where they hung out backstage with the star. The doc features never-before-seen archival footage and intimate interviews with Idol and members of his inner circle, including his late mother Joan, longtime girlfriend Perri Lister and all three of his children.
