Alison Hammond's son Aidan, 20, reveals he fled the family home after disputes with his mother as he gives rare insight into their relationship
The This Morning presenter, 50, and her offspring are set to feature together on the new series of Celebrity Gogglebox, which begins on Friday night.
He told the Spin Justice podcast: 'When we were in the flat, she (his grandmother) had a house pretty much opposite us, so we could literally leave and run across the road. It was previously reported producers were left impressed with the mother and son duo after they recently fronted a BBC Two holiday show, Florida Unpacked. A TV insider told The Sun: 'Producers were impressed by the dynamic between Aidan and his mum on their new travel show, so wanted a piece of it for Celebrity Gogglebox.
