Alec Baldwin is getting ready to launch his kids' acting careers in a new Instagram video. In a social media post, Alec and two of his sons, ages 8 and 9, recreate 'Blue Steel,' the famous pout from the 2001 movie 'Zoolander.'

On Wednesday, July 9, the 30 Rock star, 67, and wife Hilaria, 41, shared a joint Instagram post that featured two of their sons, Rafael and Leo.
