Cumming disclosed that in 1997, while filming Buddy, he bonded with a chimpanzee on set, and years later came to the chilling revelation that this chimp was probably in the dreaded process of being kept as an illegal pet: in some basement somewhere. If there is just one person who can stand in the front rank and demand that lawmakers hear this voice, I am pretty sure he is the American actor who played Eli Gold on The Good Wife.
