Al Pacino grinned ear to ear when he got a kiss from a young Italian journalist while dining in Rome on Monday. The outing comes just over two years after he welcomed his fourth child.
The 85-year-old cinema icon — who was recently trolled for a fashion faux pas at a meeting with the new pope — was spotted dropping by the restaurant Il Bolognese in Piazza del Popolo for dinner when he received a smooch from the Italian journalist Caterina Di Terlizzi, who is several decades younger than the Godfather star. He could have been trying to stand in for his friend Leonardo DiCaprio — who once dated the daughter of his former partner Lucila Polak — as he wore a simple black baseball cap, which is a standard item for the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star. Fans were shocked at the time due to the actor's advanced age when his son Roman was born, especially as Pacino's representative confirmed that he and his then-girlfriend were expecting their first child together just a month after his good friend Robert De Niro, 81, welcomed his own baby — his seventh — with his 46-year-old girlfriend Tiffany Chen.
