‘The Onion’ Launches Kenneth Cole Apparel Collection Inspired by Satire Site’s Funniest Headlines

The Onion partnered with Kenneth Cole on a collection inspired by the site's best headlines, with proceeds going towards mental health initiatives.

In one of the more unexpected pairings of the year, iconic satire site The Onion has teamed up with fashion label Kenneth Cole for a limited-edition capsule collection that blends biting commentary with elevated streetwear. The lineup includes black-and-white hoodies emblazoned with faux-inspirational slogans like “It’s Not Easy to Admit When You’re Wrong, And That’s Why I Won’t Do It” and t-shirts printed with headlines like “A Shattered Nation Longs to Care About Stupid Bullshit Again.” Accessories like tote bags and ball caps also get the satire treatment, subtly poking fun at the motivational merch trend while still managing to look surprisingly wearable.
