‘The Morning Show’ Season 4 Teaser: Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon Strut Past Freaky Cast Reflections
A teaser for 'The Morning Show' sees Alex and Bradley ponder the crises to come as images of their colleagues seem to haunt them.
The Apple TV+ drama is known for using real-world headlines to steer its plot; the pandemic and the Jan. 6 insurrection in particular have had life-changing implications for Alex (Jennifer Aniston), Bradley (Reese Witherspoon) and the rest of the morning news crew. As “TMS” executive producer Mia, Karen Pittman bluntly criticizes a colleague: “When you got this job, you said you were gonna do it differently, and here you are.” Marion Cotillard, who is also new to the cast and plays “a savvy operator from a storied European family” named Celine, says, “I like to know who’s an ally and who’s a liability.” Executive producers include showrunner Charlotte Stoudt; director Mimi Leder; Media Res’ Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer; Aniston and Kristin Hahn through Echo Films; Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter through Hello Sunshine; Zander Lehmann; and Micah Schraft.
