Here’s your first trailer for Channing Tatum and Derek Cianfrance’s movie Roofman, which Paramount is opening for Miramax on Oct. 10, 2025. We first told you about the Tatum, Kirsten Dunst and Peter Dinklage movie which is based on the true story about a former Army Ranger and struggling father who turns to robbing McDonald’s restaurants by cutting holes in their roofs, earning him the nickname “Roofman.” After escaping from prison, he starts a new life while hiding in a toy store, falling in love with a single mother and her two daughters. Miramax’s Jonathan Glickman, Becky Sloviter and Thom Zadra also exec produce as does High Frequency’s Jack Selby, Sam Romano and Rick Covert.
