Miss You Already producer Christopher Simon has boarded low-budget Brit pic 'YAMAS!', which is from Headrush Films.
The 90-minute comedy-drama is billed as a “sizzling satire that sees a liberal British family’s boozy holiday plunged into chaos by the discovery of a refugee living in the villa’s outhouse.” The film has only six roles, which will be cast this year, and a single location, but the plan is to create a festival-friendly pic that will be ready in time for Christmas. “It is an attractive proposition to investors looking for low budget projects from strong, fresh directorial voices, without the compromise on production value.”
