Netflix's 'The Waterfront' seemed to set itself up for a possible crossover with 'Outer Banks' down the line
North Carolina may be known for its unmatched coastline, the Blue Ridge mountains and Cheerwine, but it’s also the backdrop of some of your favorite movies and television shows. The hit series catapulted stars Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, Drew Starkey, Carlacia Grant and Austin North to fame before Netflix confirmed in November 2024 that season 5 would be the show’s last. In addition to Weary and González, the cast is made up of Holt McCallany, Maria Bello, Melissa Benoist, Rafael L. Silva and Danielle Campbell.
