‘Bugonia’ Teaser Offers First Look At Yorgos Lanthimos-Emma Stone Reteam From Focus
'Bugonia's trailer offers a first look at the film reteaming Yorgos Lanthimos and Emma Stone on the heels of Oscar winner 'Poor Things.'
An English-language remake of South Korean filmmaker Jang Joon-hwan’s Save the Green Planet!, the film follows two conspiracy obsessed young men who kidnap the high-powered CEO of a major company, convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth. The film also stars Jesse Plemons, Aidan Delbis, Stavros Halkias, and Alicia Silverstone, and was produced by Ed Guiney, Andrew Lowe, Lanthimos, Stone, Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen, Miky Lee, and Jerry Kyoungboum Ko. Bugonia is slated for a special limited engagement on October 24th, ahead of a wide expansion on October 31st.
