This year, she pulled double duty, both hosting and performing during the Monday, May 26, awards show, held at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas — the first time in history the AMAs have taken place outside the Los Angeles area. In addition to performances from stars like Lopez, Benson Boone, Janet Jackson, Lainey Wilson and more, the 2025 AMAs, held on Memorial Day, featured a special tribute to fallen U.S. troops and veterans. The Thursday, May 8, awards show will take place at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas, and feature performances from artists including Blake Shelton, Lainey Wilson, Kelsea Ballerini, Clint Black, Miranda Lambert and more.
